A 3 week series to introduce you to your foundation and guide you to functional movements that encourage strength and stability of the pelvic floor.
Presented by Gillian Soder
Having spent 25 years exploring the human form through forensic medicine and as a Yoga teacher, Gillian has blended her knowledge to create this class series based in anatomical understanding and personal experience.
With her own history of pelvic floor instabilities and subsequent chronic pain, Gillian knows first hand the importance of creating and prioritizing a healthy relationship with this part of the body.
