Gain an understanding of how to access the musculature of your pelvic floor in a functional and sustainable way. Learn how the different phases of womens health (adolescence, reproductive age, menopause) can affect this part of our anatomy, particularly how the transition to menopause can present. Suitable for all individuals, at all stages of life. Zero yoga experience required.
